Flippub is a very curious, happy and playful pokémon. It loves discovering and exploring new things, but this often results into big trouble! Flippub is a popular water starter. It might be a little slow on land, but it is a very encouraging and motivating pokémon.

*So what do you guys think? Is it water starter-like? Could I used it as the water starter for Xannin region, or do you think it's more just an overworld pokémon. Opnions please!*
